About The Position
The Manufacturing Associate - Rolling Mill position involves facilitating and managing the flow and identification of material through the rolling mill finishing department. The role includes completing a range of duties in a regular finishing crew to provide relief periods for the respective occupants of operator positions. The work involves simple to moderately complex duties, somewhat repetitive, requiring considerable care in accuracy, alertness, and safety. The associate will operate various machines, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and ensure the proper handling of materials.
