With full oversight by a Team Lead or Supervisor, the Apprentice will learn the following based on the currently assigned department Welding: Support and learn automated welding machines on assigned shifts with a high focus on quality Production Control: Support and learn fitting, PWHT, shipping and receiving on assigned shifts with a high focus on quality Maintenance: Support and learn trouble shooting, calibration and maintenance on assigned shifts with a high focus on quality Any Other Department: Support and learn the responsibilities of the department on assigned shifts with a high focus on quality Take responsibility for the results of work performed and follow all requirements of work instructions and supervisor/team lead direction. Keep a neat and tidy work area at all times Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of both your area and other areas when assigned Grind, polish, wire wheel and prepare parts for welding as instructed Use cleaners to clean parts before welding. Maintain a good attendance record. This includes no tardies and no unexcused absences. We are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
