It's the opportunity to start your tomorrow today. The Utility Operator is responsible for general packaging and other basic production duties as assigned. May be required to operate other production equipment as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills - Preferably iPad.
  • Basic math and measuring skills; enjoys hands-on working environment and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment; must be coachable.
  • Passion to work and learn in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment - Resiliency.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces and have full mobility to climb stairs and ladders.

Nice To Haves

  • No previous manufacturing experience is required but must have the mechanical aptitude to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting basic manufacturing activities to support the production and packaging of Greenies and Pill Pockets.
  • Moving product from one area to another.
  • Feeding bags into the product line.
  • Conducting inventory and other administrative duties as required.
  • Demonstrate a food safety quality culture in actions, words and spirit.
  • Conducting and managing inventory and other administrative duties as required.
  • Assisting with basic preventative maintenance work as assigned (CIL's).
  • Wearing the required Mars uniform and PPE.
  • Conduct sanitation activities as required.
  • Perform quality checks.
  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner with a positive attitude.
