Requirements

• Must be willing to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week on a 12-hour shift (6pm-6am).
• Demonstrated solid judgment abilities.
• Flexibility to work overtime on occasion.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in dairy production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience or skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate cheese making equipment and whey drying equipment as a lead operator.
• Cross-train in multiple production positions including Cheese Maker/Cook, Dryer Operator, Evaporator Operator, Filtration Operator, and Separator Operator.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Provide guidance to trainees and co-workers.
• Ensure accurate records are maintained properly.

• Starting pay of $28.42 with a 7-10% night differential added to base pay.
