About The Position

A Utilities Officer covers medical leaves, sicknesses, vacations and open posts that do not have an officer assigned. The utility officer must have open availability and be able to work weekends and holidays. Candidate must have a valid drivers license and a driving record acceptable by Walden Security to be an authorized driver of company vehicles. A drivers license and acceptable driving record is required as you may be driving a company vehicle and be required to be covered under Walden Security vehicle insurance. All security officers must be at least 26 years of age to be covered under our vehicle insurance. Utility officers will be get an unarmed security license and be paid $17.00 regardless of the post they are assigned. The scheduled is release 1 week prior.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Protect the Industrial or Commercial property of clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.
• Cover medical leaves, sicknesses, vacations and open posts that do not have an officer assigned.
