Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related; Master’s a plus.
  • 7 minimum years in utility sector market management.
  • 5 years minimum of leading a team of people.
  • Expertise in generation, transmission, distribution, smart grids, renewables, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven record delivering growth through go-to-market strategy.
  • Willing to travel up to 40%.
  • Strong analytics, communication, and stakeholder influence skills; effective independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft 365.
