About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Utility Locator to join our team in Dallas, TX. The Utility Locator will be responsible for accurately locating and marking underground utilities such as gas, water, and sewer lines to prevent damage during construction projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Utility Locator or similar role
- Knowledge of utility mapping and locating techniques
- Ability to operate utility locating equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Use specialized equipment to locate and mark underground utilities
- Interpret utility maps and records to determine the location of underground lines
- Communicate with construction crews to ensure accurate marking of utilities

- Document and report any discrepancies or issues with utility markings
