About The Position

What You’ll Do Use utility maps, laptop/computer systems, and specialized locating equipment to identify and mark underground utilities (electric, gas, telecom, etc.) Work outdoors daily - walking 4–6+ miles across job sites and varied terrain. Meet daily productivity goals - typically closing 20+ tickets per day. Safely operate and maintain a company utility truck, entering/exiting frequently throughout the workday. Navigate the San Antonio metro area to complete assigned tickets on time. Communicate utility mark-outs clearly with paint, flags, and documentation. Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed (rotational schedule) What You’ll Earn Starting pay: $18+ per hour (based on experience) Automatic $.50 raise after 60 days, and an additional $.50 raise after 180 days Piece-Rate Compensation - Earnings based on tickets completed Overtime potential on the weekends Paid training — we’ll teach you the certifications required. Physical Requirements Drive 50–200+ miles per day, depending on assigned territory. Walk long distances over uneven terrain. Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
