Requirements

Recent high school graduates or individuals entering the workforce
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Work with experienced crews installing underground utilities such as electric, water, and gas lines
Learn to use construction tools and equipment
Assist with site preparation and material handling
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Work outdoors and build real-world skills
