About The Position
The Development Services Bureau in the Transportation and Development Division within the Department of Environment Services (DES) is seeking an experienced Utility Infrastructure Plan Review Engineer to review site, engineering, subdivision, single family, street and right-of-way plans for public and private development. This Engineer will be responsible for reviewing public infrastructure systems-including water mains, sanitary and storm sewers, dry utilities, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and roadways-to ensure compliance with Arlington County's standards, specifications, ordinances, applicable state laws, and recognized best practices.
