About The Position

As a Utility Houseperson, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas to enhance the overall guest experience. This role involves a variety of tasks, including carpet and upholstery cleaning, delivering linen, and ensuring that all spaces are tidy and welcoming, contributing to the creation of memorable moments for guests during their stay.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with professional cleaning equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
• Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas
• Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment
• Contains and cleans biohazardous materials
• Replenishes supplies when necessary
