Requirements

• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Ability to keep production areas clean and organized
• Physical ability to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs repetitively
• Ability to use and read a tape measure and caliper
• Availability to work at least 8+ hour work days
• Knowledge of plant safety rules and proper PPE usage
• Problem-solving skills under pressure
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Responsible for keeping production areas and other defined areas clean and organized
• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs repetitively
• Must be able to use and read a tape measure and caliper
• Must be able to work at least 8+ hour work days
• Following all plant safety rules, wearing proper PPE at all times
• Attend Line Board Meetings
• Must be able to solve problems under pressure
• Continue to look for ways to reduce downtime
• Work overtime as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Ensure all products meet the customer and product requirements
• Ensure packaging of finished goods per customer specification
• Accurately fill out production reports on a daily basis
• Be able to read engineering sheets, and make suggestions for improvement
• Fill in on other machines such as but not limited to one area
