POSITION IDENTIFICATION Position Title: Finisher Department: Utility JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented individual to join our manufacturing company as a Utility Finisher 1. Responsible for performing various tasks on a production line in a manufacturing facility. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Responsible for performing various tasks involving the movement of materials, production line assignments and wood floor installation in a manufacturing facility. Installation of wire, lights, labels, etc. Follow orders, and complete tasks as assigned by supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards. Follow prescribed procedures and guidelines. Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities. Follow all company rules and policies. Follow all safety rules and quality standards. Uphold all OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques involved in the effective manufacture of goods a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to properly identify and compile information to effectively make decisions and set priorities.
Must pass drug test
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be at work on time.
