About The Position

We are seeking a reliable Utility worker to join the growing team at our Waxahachie, TX facility to perform a variety of simple, manual tasks that support our facilities, maintenance and production/warehouse processes. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency of our operations by assisting with supporting tasks as needed. Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate workplace procedures.
• Proven capability to meet safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently with proficiency in English, ensuring effective training and communication; prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain facilities and related equipment to include plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, waste disposal and grounds maintenance.
• Manually load, pack, sort, and transport materials and products.
• Hand-stack finished goods and organize boxes into patterns.
• Set up and change film rolls on automated packaging machinery.
• Palletize product cartons for disposal and staging.
• Clean production equipment, work areas, and trenches.
• Collect and dispose of scrap, dust, and debris; perform general cleaning and recycling tasks.
