UTILITY ELECTRICIAN I (Water Resource Management)
About The Position
The Utility Electrician I is responsible for the installation, maintenance, modification, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in water treatment and wastewater facilities. This entry level position performs troubleshooting activities, may act as a technical resource to others, manages inventory, and keep records utilizing a computerized maintenance management system. Overall, the position plays a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning of electrical systems in water treatment and waste facilities to provide safe and clean water to communities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Vocational or Technical School Certificate focusing on circuits/wiring, motors and controls, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
- Must have at the time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona driver license.
