Requirements

No minimum experience needed.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Essential requirements are a positive attitude, drive, and self-accountability.
The ability to work as a part of a team is non-negotiable.
Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.
Ability to provide documents for work authorization.

Physical and Sensory Requirements This job involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and a kitchen environment with fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise. Employees must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift trays, and perform repetitive tasks. Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, extreme temperatures, and vibration may occur.

Responsibilities

Load, run, and unload the dish machine
Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for service and kitchen areas
Bag and haul trash and cardboard at designated times
Handle dishware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
Adheres to dress code, wears approved uniform and name badge at all times
Other duties as assigned
