Requirements

High School or Equivalent
The ability to work in the U.S.A with documentation.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

Scrape and clean all debris off dishes, utensils, and glasses to ensure they are ready for use.
Efficiently load and unload dishes, utensils, and glasses from the Steward/Dishwasher, maintaining a steady flow of clean items for kitchen and service staff.
Clean all large pots and pans in sinks, ensuring thorough removal of food residue and grease to maintain sanitation standards.
Clean sinks at the end of each shift or as required to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Place clean glasses, dishes, utensils, and pots in their designated locations for easy access by kitchen and service staff.
Monitor inventory levels and stock supplies as needed to ensure continuous operations.
Remove garbage and grease from the kitchen area, disposing of it in appropriate receptacles to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Report any maintenance issues, emergencies, or needed repairs to the chef or manager promptly to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
Report any health and safety concerns or violations immediately to management to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist cooks with kitchen responsibilities as requested, contributing to the smooth operation of kitchen activities.
