Under the direct supervision of the Patient Services Manager and Food Service Supervisors, the Utility Dishwasher position is responsible for cleanup and sanitation of the department by following specific protocols. This includes sanitizing trays, dishware, utensils, pots and pans, cleaning floors, and removing garbage from the operation. The position also involves retrieving patient trays from hospital units for return to the food and nutrition department following meals. The Utility Dishwasher is expected to exemplify the desired Culture of Choice® and philosophies of Parrish Healthcare.
