Requirements

• A strong communicator in English or Spanish – both written and verbal
• Experience performing skilled labor such as drywall patching, touch-up painting, changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, etc.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Familiar with using a mobile device (such as a cell phone or tablet) regularly for time keeping and document review
• Enjoys providing friendly customer service
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors

Nice To Haves

• Experienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day
• General Routine inspection of all buildings for signs needing repairs
• Facilitate issues between units at times, as needed
• Clean pool area, restrooms, and high-traffic areas
• Perform and post for water shut-offs for plumbers as needed
• Facilitate as needed to coordinate with various vendors throughout the year
• Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness
• Perform various small, handy tasks, such as painting, light bulb and fixture repairs, stucco, drywall, etc.
• Always use required safety equipment
