About The Position
The Utility Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of utilities for a portfolio of homes, including implementation, account transfers, deactivation, and processing disputes related to high utility charges. This role serves as a liaison between the company and Conservice, a third-party utility billing company, ensuring operational expectations are met and assisting with various ad hoc projects.
