The Utility Clerk is responsible for performing general maintenance and cleaning duties, maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members, and gathering/returning carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance. Team members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies, procedures, and compliance, and act with honesty and integrity, always leading with the member in mind. They are to ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. For members, the expectation is to deliver service excellence, resolve concerns, and ensure a safe and positive experience, adhering to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate, Fast, Friendly). For club standards, team members work to deliver GOLD standards daily, ensuring a 'Grand opening look,' stocked items, executed promotional plans, accurate signage, and a clean and organized club. They are also expected to understand and utilize production and/or financial performance reporting for their department to see the connection between execution and business impact.
