The Utility Clerk is responsible for performing general maintenance and cleaning duties and maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members. This role also involves gathering and returning carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance to ensure ready access for club members. Team members are expected to carry out assigned job functions and responsibilities, support club policies and procedures, strive for flawless execution, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, achieve goals with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. Members are to receive service excellence, have concerns resolved, and experience a safe and positive environment. The role also contributes to daily GOLD Club Standards, ensuring the club maintains a grand opening look, items are stocked, promotional plans are executed, signage is accurate, and the club is clean and organized, both inside and out. Understanding departmental production and financial performance reporting is also encouraged to see the connection between execution and business impact.
