Working in a supportive team environment, you’ll complete daily vehicle inspections, communicate maintenance needs, and follow all CDL, DOT, and company safety standards while contributing to a safe and seamless production process that keeps our operations moving Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule B – Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)

Requirements

Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
At least 21 years of age
Current and Valid Class A License & Medical Card
Pass all DOT requirements to drive
Pass CNG road test
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
Strong communication skills and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Basic computer knowledge and/or data entry skills

Responsibilities

Transporting Product: Safely drive CNG trucks and trailers to various warehouse locations throughout the Ohio Region, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of products.
Local Shuttling: Transport product to and from production warehouses, following designated routes and schedules.
Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of all vehicles and trailers using Geotab to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
Equipment Maintenance: Communicate any necessary repairs to the Fleet Manager to ensure equipment compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, and applicable laws.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all AIB, BRC Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe work environment.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a current knowledge of and comply with CDL, DOT, and all company/plant-specific safety and operational standards.
Training: Complete monthly CNG cornerstone training to stay updated on safety and operational procedures.
