About The Position

The Utility Buffet Server position at Resort Lifestyle Communities is a part-time role focused on providing a first-class dining experience for residents and their guests. The server will work closely with the Culinary and Dining Services team, under the guidance of the Executive Chef, to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness in the dining area.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the food service industry.
• Experience working in a team environment, preferably in a culinary setting.
• Knowledge of food preparation and dish washing is preferred, but training is available.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with residents and peers.
• Passion for food and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and their guests at the dining room buffet line for the evening meal.
• Review menu options and take orders from residents and guests.
• Wash dishes and bus tables as needed.
• Set tables and prepare food for service.
• Stock the salad bar and ensure it is well-maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the kitchen.
• Connect with residents during meal times to enhance their dining experience.
