Requirements

This position requires close attention to detail and neatness of cartons.
This position requires demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to stand up for 8 hours.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work overtime.
Ability to work weekends, when needed.
Must follow directions well.
Good attendance is a must.

Responsibilities

Operates the box baler (compresses used cartons)
Responsible for sorting reusable cartons
Manage and separate workflow coming to/from different departments, including HiBay.
Help with clean up as needed.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is worthy of sharing with visitors
