Utility Billing & Accounts Specialist - Temporary (Part-time 28 hrs/wk) CES Physical Facilities is to undergo a system wide software improvement project beginning January 2026 through December 2030. To facilitate this, the Utility Billing & Accounts Specialist supports the university’s monthly utility billing, reconciliation, and payment processes for all campus facilities. This part-time benefited position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of utility invoicing, meter data, and cost allocations. This role collaborates closely with Facilities, Energy Management, Finance, and external utility providers to maintain reliable financial and operational utility data.
