Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and move food, food containers, and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one’s own height
Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Wash equipment and service ware
Receive and distribute deliveries
Ensure proper sanitation of the kitchen and dining room
Perform trash removal
Conduct floor maintenance
Wash, sanitize, and maintain food production equipment & service ware as determined by the supervisor and cleaning schedule
Remove trash and waste to a determined location as instructed by the supervisor
Maintain a clean and safe work area following supervisor instructions and applicable health, safety, and food handling regulations
Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, & stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms as instructed by the supervisor
Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful, and friendly manner
