As a new Utility Assistance Client Support Representative, you can expect to engage directly with clients on a daily basis, providing support and guidance as they navigate their utility assistance applications. Your tasks will include assessing client needs, answering inquiries, and assisting with documentation to ensure smooth processing of applications. Each day, you'll work collaboratively with team members to share insights and improve service delivery. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of available resources and services. Your schedule will be Monday through Thursday, from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life rhythm while dedicating your time to meaningful community assistance.
