Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience including: Experienced Functional Lead within T&D Utilities to address work and asset management challenges.
  • Experience in several Utilities in different industry segments (Gas, Electric, Nuclear, Distribution, Transmission).
  • Knowledge and experience with Compatible Units (niche skill).

Nice To Haves

  • Started career in performing designs and moved to consulting (brings both industry and consulting skills).
  • Knowledge and experience with Enterprise Asset Management Systems (Maximo).
  • Proven ability to deliver management consulting and system implementation projects in work and asset management for Utilities.
  • Program management and service delivery expertise including resource planning, staffing, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new business processes that align with customer requirements.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end work and asset management engagements for Utilities clients, leveraging both functional and industry expertise across Gas, Electric, Nuclear, Distribution, and Transmission segments.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Enterprise Asset Management systems (e.g., Maximo) and niche areas like Compatible Units, providing guidance on system design, configuration, and best practices.
  • Oversee program delivery including resource planning, staffing, client communications, status reporting, and risk management to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and meet quality expectations.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, bridging industry experience and consulting methodologies to drive client value and team development.
  • Analyze current operational states and propose effective solutions.
  • Facilitate programs and interventions that support organizational change.
