Under general direction of the Utilities Manager, oversees and manages the Water and Wastewater Operations Divisions. Position directs, assigns, supervises, and reviews the work of the Utilities Crew Leaders and their respective crews. Monitors the overall operation of the Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection System and ensures compliance with all applicable State and Federal requirements. Responsible for the maintenance and installation of water distribution and Wastewater Collection infrastructure up to and including: pipes, pumps, motors, water storage tanks, lift stations, and all associated appurtenances.
