The City of Waco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Utilities Project Coordinator to join our team. The role acts as a liaison between internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This position works in the Department of Infrastructure Services engineering team on various capital projects and infrastructure repairs. Under general supervision, the Utilities Project Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative, technical and communicative duties including monitoring the planning and development of multiple infrastructure projects. This position works closely with multiple engineers, project managers and administrative staff.
