This position plans work activities for multi-skilled work teams in order to provide costeffective maintenance and inspection of Charlotte Water’s Collection and Distribution systems. Coordinates and communicates with others regarding planning/field assignments, SSO reduction efforts, sewer cleaning quality assurance/quality control, and creates, monitors, and closes work orders; analyzes data and information to best assess repair issues; makes sure traffic control is provided on major streets; and pulls non-emergency backlog work when possible. This position uses logistical, analytical, and technical skills to provide support to field teams completing repairs and project work.
