Reporting to the Assistant Director of Public Works and receiving occasional direction from the Director of Public Works, this position serves as a division head responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing regulatory compliance, and leading a team of managers and field staff who maintain the City's essential utility infrastructure.
