About The Position

We’re looking for an Associate Utility Coordination to support the execution and tracking of 811 design ticket requests. This operations-focused role that plays a critical part in preparing projects for successful field operations and final map production. You’ll work closely with Utility Coordinators, Project Managers, and Mapping teams to ensure utility records are requested, documented, and delivered accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and interested in infrastructure, utilities, or operations.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to 811 design ticket workflows (internship, coursework, or prior role)
• Familiarity with Monday.com, SharePoint, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Submit 811 design ticket requests to state and local One Call Centers
• Verify ticket details and ensure required information is accurate and complete
• Track ticket confirmations, response deadlines, and statuses in Monday.com
• Contact utility owners to request available records (maps, PDFs, shapefiles, etc.)
• Follow up on outstanding requests and escalate issues when utilities are unresponsive
• Review incoming utility records for basic completeness and usability
• Upload records to SharePoint following Exodigo standards
• Update internal teams on ticket status and support weekly reporting
• Follow jurisdiction-specific requirements and internal SOPs
