Requirements

• Experience in facilities management, project management, or healthcare operations
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and building technology
• Ability to thrive in complex environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience with smart building technologies
• Background in engineering or technical fields
• Project management certification
