RESPONSIBILITIES Be present onsite to assist with the execution of the contingency plan in case of a clinicians' strike. Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of the onboarding process. Assist in preparing all necessary documentation, materials, and resources for the replacement clinicians' onboarding process. Ensure all relevant paperwork, contracts, and policies are organized and readily available. Maintain open communication with team to stay updated on the status of the potential strike and any changes in the situation. Communicate clearly and effectively with replacement clinicians during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Participate in the orientation and training sessions for replacement clinicians, helping them become familiar with the organization's culture, policies, and procedures. Facilitate introductions to key team members and provide guidance on the daily workflow and responsibilities. Coordinate logistical aspects of the onboarding processes. Ensure that all necessary resources are available and accessible to replacement clinicians as they start their assignments. Address any challenges or issues that may arise during the onboarding process, finding creative solutions to ensure a smooth transition for replacement clinicians. Maintain accurate records of the onboarding process, including attendance, completion of training modules, and any required paperwork. Provide timely updates to the HR team regarding the progress of the onboarding process. Performs additional duties as requested by management. Willing to travel up to 8-14 days during the strike. REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Previous experience in HR, onboarding, or coordination roles is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse. Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
