About The Position

Takes tickets, directs and seats guests for concerts and events at The Show. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner. Assists with ticket taking duties including ticket scanning and drink transfer Checking tickets and directing guests to their seats. Informing guests about the location of the restrooms, refreshments, and exits. Tending to guests' comfort and assisting them with any questions or problems. Assisting patrons with disabilities or other impairments, as needed. Monitoring the guests' activity to ensure the safety of the event. Enforcing event rules and relevant health and safety regulations. Ensuring that the lobby and facilities are neat and organized. Following all emergency protocols and guiding audience members to the exits in an orderly manner. Must possess and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa special events, promotions, and advertising campaigns. Provide excellent guest service. Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Some demonstrated customer service experience and/or training or combination of education and experience.
  • Computer literate with good oral and written English communication skills.
  • Able to work various shifts, weekends, possibly holidays and late nights.
  • Reliability and promptness in arriving for scheduled shifts.

Nice To Haves

  • Multi-lingual desirable with good phone etiquette.
