The Usher position is responsible for promoting positive customer relations by greeting patrons and providing a full range of informational services throughout their stay. This role involves greeting customers upon entry, escorting them to their seats, maintaining cleanliness in seating areas, and providing information about services offered. The Usher must approach all interactions with a friendly and service-oriented attitude, monitor guests for any issues, and report findings to the Department Manager or Supervisor. Dependability, good attendance, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled are essential. The position may also require the development and maintenance of forms for Admissions and Reservations Clerks, along with other assigned duties.
