THE JOB Allianz Amphitheater is seeking Ushers / Ticket Takers to provide safe, organized, and welcoming entry and seating experiences for all guests. This role plays a critical part in crowd flow, guest communication, and overall event operations. This is a part-time, seasonal position.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and scan tickets accurately and efficiently
- Direct guests to seating sections, amenities, and venue features
- Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety, accessibility, and policy compliance
- Manage crowd flow in entry gates, aisles, and seating sections
- Respond to guest questions and escalate concerns when necessary
- Enforce venue policies professionally and respectfully
- Assist with ADA seating and accessibility needs
- Support post-show egress and venue clearing procedures
- Communicate clearly with Guest Services, Security, and Operations teams
