About The Position

The Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker position at Live Nation Entertainment is a guest-facing role responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for attendees at live events. This role involves greeting guests, scanning tickets, assisting with seating, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the venue. The position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to guest service, as well as participation in sustainability efforts at the venue.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and occasional sitting, lifting, and carrying 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry to the venue.
• Answer guest questions and assist with locating their seats.
• Examine tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event.
• Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable to guests.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems.
• Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.
• Participate in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after the show.
• Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions in case of emergency.
• Verify Crew Member credentials to restricted areas as needed.
• Partner with fellow crew members to close the venue after the show.
