Requirements

  • At least one (1) year prior customer service experience, preferably in a theatre/entertainment venue environment.
  • Ability to work holidays and weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) events throughout the year.
  • Availability to work both day and night shifts.
  • Ability to stand for a minimum of 6-8 hour shifts and walk up and down stairs.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and presentable demeanor.
  • Ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest services at the Arizona Federal Theater during all events.
  • Greet guests and provide information and directions.
  • Assist with problems/issues that arise.
  • Control ticket access points throughout the venue.
