Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Answer incoming support calls, help desk tickets and emails to insure first call resolution on issues. Providing Level 1 phone/remote Support. Updates and follows up with customers until solution is resolved and ensures customer is satisfied with the resolution.
