About The Position
Shulman Rogers (a 200+ employee law firm headquartered in Potomac, MD - with additional offices across the region) has an excellent employment opportunity for a User Support Specialist. The successful candidate will join our Information Systems Group as a member of the Help Desk and will have an opportunity to learn complex emerging technologies from a number of seasoned IT professionals. The primary role of the User Support Specialist is to respond promptly, effectively, and efficiently to end-user inquiries regarding the use of technology within the firm.
