The position will provide first line end user technical support for all desktop, MDC (Mobile Data Computers), software, and all other computer-related hardware peripherals. Applicants must display technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, remote desktop tools, account management tools, and use of both desktop and laptop computers.
