Our market-leading payment products help truckers save thousands of dollars on fuel (their #1 business expense), while providing our fuel stop partners with access to new, hard-to-reach customers. We’re a fast-growing marketplace business looking for a new customer-obsessed teammate to join us on this exciting journey. As our first in-house User Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You’ll be responsible for deeply understanding the needs, behaviors, and pain points of a diverse set of users, including drivers, fleet owners, and fuel merchant partners. Working closely with product, design, and engineering teams, you will drive customer-centric solutions and enhance our user experience through both qualitative and quantitative research. This is a unique opportunity to define how user research is embedded across our products and to make a tangible impact on our multi-user ecosystem.
