About The Position

The User Interface Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic user interfaces for web applications and interfaces for applications and services for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network. This role involves administering, maintaining, securing, and accrediting the DLIFLC Academic Network, which provides the IT environment for 100% of the DLIFLC teaching and instructing for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in a learning environment at the unclassified level.

Requirements

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience.
• IAT Level I certification (A+ CE, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA Security) and CE/OS Certification.
• 3 years of experience in user interface or graphic design and modern web/UI development/sustainment tools and techniques, including responsive design frameworks, HTML5, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Planning, installation, maintenance during or after work hours, troubleshooting, and managing all Application UI servers and applications.
