About The Position

Parsons is seeking a talented and creative User Experience (UX) Engineer to support the development of multiple cloud-based capabilities. This role is essential in ensuring a consistent and cohesive user interface (UI) theme and style across various development teams, providing a holistic and seamless user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in UX design and engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design standards are met.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
• Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms and applications.
