About The Position
HR is transforming how we deliver crew experience through HR services across Vanguard. This program is a critical priority and central to HR’s strategy. Crew use HR services their whole careers. From onboarding to offboarding — and everything in between — HR Service Delivery is how crew interact with HR’s systems, content, support channels, benefits, training programs, and more. This user experience role will be an integral role to shape how the crew interact with HR. By proactively using data and analytics from our new ServiceNow technology, we will be able to design and enhance the workflows to create efficiency and effectiveness.
