You will build alignments around features and implement design thinking with a deep understanding of how to marry the needs of our business customers with digital experiences that deliver. The successful candidate will guide user experience designers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 4 plus years related working experience.
  • User Experience and Interface Design (Required)
  • Communication (Required)
  • Presentations (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • 3 plus years Figma experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sophisticated user journey experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide a small team of designers to ensure high-quality output, while also crafting and evolving design principles, guidelines and patterns.
  • Produces user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI using design systems with minimal oversight.
  • Has vast knowledge of benchmarking and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to work hand and hand with project and product managers to plan, build and implement with success while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborates with Development, Research, Product Management, Design and Accessibility to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and address cross-application design challenges.
  • Gives high-level design strategy across the company with collaborators doing weekly presentations with leadership.
  • Provides feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions and drive consistency following established design principles, guidelines and patterns.
  • Strong consulting/partnership/problem solving skills, identifies and works within an ambiguous environment.
