About The Position

As a Manager of the UX Content & Conversational Design, you will lead a dynamic team of UX content professionals in shaping innovative, user-centric experiences across our Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Your strategic vision and leadership will bridge product, design, and operations, ensuring that our content is inclusive, accessible, and impactful. This fast-paced, user-centric environment is comprised of passionate, innovative, and rapidly growing group of UX designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers. Requirements

  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience creating sophisticated, yet simple and elegant experiences for enterprise products
  • 5+ years’ experience, preferably in an agile environment, working with software product development lifecycle
  • 8+ years of experience in UX content design or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing content design and operations within large-scale environments.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, content strategy, and design systems.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, AI-enabled content tools, content management systems, and knowledge of accessibility best practices.
  • You must demonstrate the ability to successfully manage several large projects simultaneously
  • You are capable of working hand-in-hand with product team members on requirements and design
  • You can act as an internal consultant providing business and technical guidance: you're comfortable talking about business models and analytics
  • You own an exceptional content design portfolio with well-thought-out interactions and content designs across both web and mobile applications

  • Advocate that words matter. Define and implement the UX content vision, ensuring alignment across global platforms.
  • Streamline operations. Ensure efficient content workflows while maintaining quality.
  • Scale what we do. Create governance models and frameworks to support effective content management and compliance.
  • Propel achievement. Measure content performance and optimize content effectiveness.
  • Balance priorities. Manage strategic leadership with strong hands-on UX problem-solving
  • Advise. Mentor and develop your team to grow and evolve their purpose and mission
  • Engage in talent activities. Participate in the recruitment and interview process, as the team grows
